If you don't own a printing press, we help format a legally binding Printing Agreement with a registered press to secure the mandatory Form-IV later.
Step-by-Step PRGI Process

Title Verification Application
This is the most critical step. We file your Title Verification Application online through the Press Sewa Portal.
- Filing 5 title options in order of preference.
- Cross-checking with the Registrar of Newspapers for India guidelines.
- Tracking the application status directly with PRGI, Delhi.
*Result: Issuance of the official Title Verification Letter.
Drafting Affidavits & Declarations
Once the title is approved, you have a limited window to file the declarations. Our legal team steps in to prepare error-free documentation.

- Drafting the mandatory "No Foreign Tie-Up" Affidavit.
District Magistrate (DM) Authentication

- Assisting with Police Verification processes if required by the state.
- Getting the signature and official stamp on Form-I & Form-IV.
First Issue Publication & Formatting
Before final registration, you must print the first issue (Volume 1, Issue 1) of your newspaper or magazine. We ensure it meets strict RNI formatting rules.
- Checking the Imprint Line accuracy (must match Form-I exactly).
- Verifying Volume, Issue, Date, and Page numbering formats.
- Ensuring bilingual text requirements are met if applicable.
Press Sewa Portal Final e-Filing
We compile all authenticated documents, affidavits, and the PDF of the first issue to create a master digital dossier.
- Uploading high-res scans to the Press Sewa Portal.
- Completing the publisher's e-Sign (Aadhar-based digital signature).
- Generating the final application acknowledgement receipt.
PRGI Certificate Issuance
